The Candlewood Inn in Brookfield, Connecticut is a wedding venue that’s simultaneously fun and elegant. Its clean white finish reflects beautifully on neighboring Candlewood Lake. Few wedding venues have such a stunning backdrop as Candlewood Lake for their onsite ceremonies. In the case of less than ideal weather, the staff will happily set up for a ceremony in the main ballroom.
Table decorations and place settings can say a lot about a wedding venue. Not only do I love the composition of this image from a photographers standpoint, but I love what it says about the staffs attention to detail. Each place setting is done perfectly, kudos!
I love the reflection effect used in this image. It works so well with the white of the venue exterior and the blooming cherry blossoms. This moment was captured right after the bride and groom’s “first look”.
This is (IMO) an awesome image of a bride and a groom overlooking Candlewood Lake. The docks provide many great opportunities for wedding photos.
This image highlights the liveliness of Candlewood Inn’s main ballroom. A bit of uplighting really also adds a lot of flavor to the room. I also love the candid moment between the bride and groom while they’re cutting their wedding cake. Great photo!
